We want you to be happy with your gear. If there’s an issue with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

- All orders are shipped with care and a focus on fast delivery (1-2 business days)
- Shipping is a flat rate and clearly listed at checkout
- We ship within the United States only at this time
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears

Rental Terms & Policies
Rental Agreement
By submitting a rental request, you agree to the following terms. Solrak Sound reserves the right to approve, deny, or cancel any rental at our discretion.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to pickup or delivery. The amount will depend on the item’s value and condition and must be paid in full before the rental begins. Your deposit will be returned in full if the gear is returned on time, in the same condition it left our hands.
Rental Period
Rental start and end dates must be confirmed in writing. Late returns will incur additional charges and may result in partial or total forfeiture of your deposit.
Gear Condition
All gear is inspected, cleaned, and tested before and after each rental. We document condition prior to release. If returned damaged, you may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.
You Break It, You Buy It
Accidents happen — but if the gear is damaged, destroyed, lost, or stolen during your rental period, you are fully responsible for the full retail replacement value. In extreme cases, Solrak Sound reserves the right to retain your deposit and charge for additional damage or loss.
Usage Guidelines
- Gear must be used only for its intended purpose.
- Please do not attempt repairs or modifications.
- Keep gear protected from weather, moisture, and theft.
- Notify us immediately if something goes wrong.
Cancellations
Rental cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup/delivery may result in a partial fee or forfeiture of a deposit.
